Sharing accessible yoga, mindfulness, and self-care practices that help create space for your healing and growth
Current ClassesAbout Me

My journey into self-care and yoga didn’t begin from a place of peace—it began from deep personal loss, and the realization that something in my life needed to shift. I recognized I wasn't okay—mentally, emotionally, or physically—and I knew I couldn’t stay in that space.
I needed to heal—gently, and in a way that allowed me to reconnect with myself and find safety in my own body again, without judgment or punishment. After weeks of contemplation, I signed up for a yoga teacher training—not to teach, but simply to survive, and maybe one day, to feel whole again. That decision marked the beginning of my healing journey.
I began my training with Michelle Fleming, studying Transformational Vinyasa and Orthopedic Yoga Therapy—learning to approach yoga from a place of alignment, care, and awareness. I later studied Yoga Therapy for Brain Disorders, where I explored the relationship between trauma, mental health, and the nervous system—a truly holistic training that gave me a deeper understanding of how yoga and neuroscience connect.
I continued my training through Breathe For Change, focusing on Social Emotional Learning and mindfulness practices—tools that not only support our own regulation but can be shared in small, meaningful ways with those around us. Most recently, I became certified in the Roll Model® Method, learning evidence-based self-myofascial release practices that help relieve stress, manage pain, and increase body awareness. Next month, I’ll be continuing my studies on the powerful connection between the diaphragm and the vagus nerve—diving even deeper into how our bodies process stress and restore calm.
What began as a personal healing journey has become a passion for sharing these tools with others—especially those who are caregiving, nurturing, and holding space for others every single day.
I’m just someone who has lived through grief, burnout, and emotional overload, and found simple, supportive ways to come back to myself. I hope to offer you a few of those tools—tools you can keep in your self-care toolbox, even when time is short and life is full.
I hope each class to share practical techniques to support your own mental, physical, and emotional well-being—ways to stay grounded and balanced amidst the challenges of daily life.

Each class focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and building strength and flexibility in a supportive environment.
A Vinyasa Flow Yoga class taught from an anatomical and aligned standpoint. Help break or avoid improper postural patterns. The class will have a therapeutic approach amid a focus on bringing harmony between mind and body. Linking breath to gentle movement sequences helps to improve mobility at a lower intensity, all while allowing your heart rate to increase.
Sequences will vary from class to class with offerings of various yogic breath techniques and guided relaxation, allowing for a deep sense of mindfulness, self-connection, and ease.
Classes are held in community centers and other local spaces. Offerings vary by season—please check with your town's recreation website for the most up-to-date schedule and registration info.
